  Description

  
  

  Wing length: 10mm. This bright yellow and black spotted Conogethes sp. is similar to Conogethes evaxalis Walker 1859e: 995. It has elongated spots and dusky shading marking the submedian, median and post median fascia of the FW and more indistinctly the median fascia of the HW. Like Conogethes sp. 2 it lacks the distinct spot in the base of the HW cell present in most Conogethes spp.. Schulze (2000) taxon #240.
