Taxonomy
The holotype of Eoophyla becki Mey 2009: 102, 103 Fig. 25S is from Sabah, (Mt. Kinabalu NP, Park HQ, Liwagu River). It is in the MfNH, Berlin. Two specimens from Sabah, also from Mt. Kinabalu are in the FRC (Sabah Sepilok).

Description
Wing length: 15.5mm. This sp. has a pale ochreous wing colour and a FW with distinctive sigmoid dark brown post median fascia and two small eyespots on the slightly falcate HW. The specimen illustrated is very much larger than a similar specimen from Sabah, Kundasan, Mile 36, seen in the FRC Sepilok Coll., which has a FW length of 10.5mm.

Sabah. Fast flowing streams. Lower montane; 1,000 – 1,500m.
